1. INDOOR CYCLING.
Is a fun, high-intensity workout on stationary bikes, often set to motivating music in a group setting. Led by an instructor, it uses interval training with varying resistance levels to improve cardiovascular fitness, leg strength, and calorie burning. 2. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING.
Is a type of exercise that mimics the movements of daily life, sports, or specific tasks. Emphasizing core strength and stability, it includes compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows, as well as exercises that improve balance and coordination.

This exercise utilizes springs for resistance, enabling the legs, arms, and torso to work directly with the springs. It is excellent for achieving an amazing stretch, targeting all the major muscles, and enhancing muscular endurance, spinal mobility, and flexibility.
6. STEP & WEIGHT.
Is a fun, music-driven workout that combines step aerobics with strength training using weights. It improves cardio fitness, builds strength, burns calories, and enhances coordination and balance.
