KARINA CASUSA

I'm a trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Since the age of 14, sports have been my passion. Originally from Cordoba, Argentina, I began practicing hockey, swimming, diving, cycling, skating, and weightlifting.

Diving became one of my passions, allowing me to visit many countries and obtain professional diving certifications.

In 2011, I was introduced to bodybuilding and had the opportunity to train with recognized individuals in Argentina, such as the three-time IFB champion Eduardo Miranda, who guided me in bodybuilding and smart eating.

OUR Classes

1. INDOOR CYCLING

Is a fun, high-intensity workout on stationary bikes, often set to motivating music in a group setting. Led by an instructor, it uses interval training with varying resistance levels to improve cardiovascular fitness, leg strength, and calorie burning. It’s a low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels.

2. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING.

Is a type of exercise that mimics the movements of daily life, sports, or specific tasks. The goal is to improve functional movements and overall fitness, making everyday activities easier, reducing the risk of injury, and enhancing quality of life. Emphasizing core strength and stability, it includes compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows, as well as exercises that improve balance and coordination.

3. PILATES REFORMER.

This exercise utilizes springs for resistance, enabling the legs, arms, and torso to work directly with the springs. It is excellent for achieving an amazing stretch, targeting all the major muscles, and enhancing muscular endurance, spinal mobility, and flexibility.

6. STEP & WEIGHT.

Is a fun, music-driven workout that combines step aerobics with strength training using weights. It improves cardio fitness, builds strength, burns calories, and enhances coordination and balance.

7. MET-CON
