I'm a qualified professional coach with over 20 years of experience, specializing in health, physical development, and weight management. My expertise lies in personal training and emotional sports coaching.
My passion for assisting others through sports dates back to my teenage years. I've dedicated myself to understanding human physiology and have received training in emergency first aid, which has greatly enhanced my capabilities as a personal trainer and emotional sports coach.

KARINA CASUSA
I'm a trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. Since the age of 14, sports have been my passion. Originally from Cordoba, Argentina, I began practicing hockey, swimming, diving, cycling, skating, and weightlifting.
Diving became one of my passions, allowing me to visit many countries and obtain professional diving certifications.
In 2011, I was introduced to bodybuilding and had the opportunity to train with recognized individuals in Argentina, such as the three-time IFB champion Eduardo Miranda, who guided me in bodybuilding and smart eating.

With over 20 years in fitness and nutrition, my passion is helping others adopt healthier lifestyles. I believe diet isn’t about restriction but learning to nourish your body and listen to its needs.
I specialize in nutrition and cycling, and I'm proud to have created the Freestyle Spinning certification with Vanessa Jaramillo and Dr. Juan Manuel Ceja Altamirano (Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation).
I’m dedicated to empowering people to combine exercise with proper nutrition for lasting health, physical strength, and mental clarity.
